The easiest way to reach the island of Krk from mainland is by car over the Krk Bridge, or by plane to the local airport not far from Omišalj. It is also possible to get to Krk by ferry from the island of Cres (Valbiska-Merag) and Lopar on the island of Rab (Valbiska-Lopar). There haven’t been any regular boat connections with mainland for a while now, but thousands of tourists come to the island on their yachts or boats. Our coastal towns and villages can accommodate all types of vessels.
